How Do We Certify Our Candidates?

ACE Candidates have passed a series of rigorous screening processes that include:

  • Structured, in-depth behavioural and situational interviews in person and/or via phone and Skype
  • Psychometric profiling assessing predictive behaviours, communication styles and core values
  • Aptitude and tactical skill testing for all industry and occupational roles
  • 12 data point reference investigation with a minimum of 3 employers, each personally conducted by one of our human resource professionals and documented for pre-hire review
  • Completion of pre-interview questionnaire
  • Criminal record search, education verification, driver’s licence abstract, credit check, and drug testing (where applicable)

Thorough interviews are conducted with every potential candidate to assess right fit in terms of values, drive, ambition, tactical skills, accomplishments and behavioural competencies.
 Those candidates who meet the screening criteria are then introduced to you, with our interview notes highlighting their strengths for overall job fit, as well as areas for development.

We touch base with both you and your new hire regularly to ensure they are transitioning smoothly and productively into their new role with you and your company.
